This ESL Christmas Vocabulary Game helps A2–B1 learners practise festive vocabulary in a fun, interactive way. In Guess What? Christmas Edition, students describe Christmas-related words without using forbidden words, while others listen and guess. The game encourages speaking, paraphrasing, and creative language use. How to Play

One student chooses a card and describes the target word.
The student must not use the forbidden words.
They can use synonyms, opposites, or examples.
Other students listen and try to guess the word.
